How do I sign up and set up my Hiiro account?

1. Open Hiiro and tap on Sign up.

2. Enter your name, email address and password or create account with Apple, Facebook or Google.

3. Verify email address via the link in the email that you've received.

4. Complete the assessment (experience, days, goal).

5. Review your data and preferences.

6. Pick a marathon race.

7. Review your plan.

How does the free trial work?

You can immediately start training and get access to all the features for a trial period for free. A couple of days before the trial ends you’ll get a reminder that your trial is about to end. First payment will be taken in the end of your trial. Cancel 24 hours before the payment is due for free.

How do I reset or change my password for Hiiro?

(If you're currently logged, go to Profile & Settings tab, scroll down and tap Log out).

1. On Log in, tap Forgot password.

2. Enter your Email address and tap Send reset link.

3. If the entered email address is registered with Hiiro, then receive an email with password reset instructions.

4. Check email and follow the Reset your password link.

5. On Reset your password enter your new password and tap Change password.

How to update my personal details or training preferences after onboarding?

1. In Hiiro iOS app, go to Profile & Settings tab.

2. Edit personal info.

To change the training days navigate to Coach tab and ask AI Coach to modify your preferred days for workouts. This will update your plan.

How do I delete my Hiiro account and data if I need to?

1. In Hiiro iOS app, go to Profile & Settings tab → Delete account.

2. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your data will be permanently removed from out database in one month. We keep your data in case you want to restore your progress.

Can I invite a friend to Hiiro (does Hiiro have a referral programme)?

Yes, you can invite a friend and give them a 15% discount. To do so:

1. In Hiiro iOS app, go to Profile & Settings tab → Referral code.

2. Share your code; your friend enters it on sign-up.

How do I contact Hiiro support if I have an issue or feedback?

1. In Hiiro iOS app go to Profile & Settings tab → Help.

2. Tap Contact support and send us a message.

How do I cancel my Hiiro subscription if I need to?

Yes, you can cancel. On your iPhone go to: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Hiiro → Cancel. You’ll keep access until the current period ends.
