Does Hiiro work with other running watches like Garmin?

Direct Garmin sync isn’t available yet. However, if your Garmin is connected to Apple Health (via Garmin Connect app), Hiiro can read them.

Can I sync my Hiiro workouts or data with apps like Strava or Apple Health?

Hiiro automatically writes completed workouts to Apple Health. You can set Strava to automatically fetch completed workouts from Apple Health. To do so, go to https://support.strava.com/hc/en-us/articles/216917527-Health-App-and-Strava

How do I connect/pair my Apple Watch with Hiiro?

Pair your Apple Watch with your iPhone:

1. Hold your Apple Watch near your iPhone or use the Watch app → Add Watch.

2. Choose Set Up for Myself and follow the on-screen steps (position the Watch in the viewfinder or pair manually).

3. Keep both devices nearby, connected to Wi-Fi, and on charge until setup finishes.

Give Hiiro access to Apple Health:

1. On your iPhone open Apple Health and go to Sharing → Apps → Hiiro.

2. Turn ON all Read and Write permissions.

Connect Hiiro to Apple Health and Apple Watch:

In Hiiro iOS app go to Profile & Settings → Connected apps → Apple Health. Check if the status on both Apple Health and Apple Watch says "Connected".

My Apple Watch isn’t syncing with Hiiro properly – what should I do?

To troubleshoot possible issues with syncing to and from Apple Watch, do the following:

* On your iPhone open Apple Health and go to Sharing → Apps → Hiiro. Turn ON all Read and Write permissions.. Check if Hiiro has all the permissions listed.

* Ensure the workout was saved on the Watch.

* Ensure the workout was saved to Apple Health or Apple Workouts on your iPhone.

* Open Hiiro and pull to refresh on Home tab.

* On your iPhone open Apple Health and go to Sharing → Apps → Hiiro. Disable all the permissions listed and enable them again.

* Restart iPhone and Apple Watch.
